HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Shopping at Iznik is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size/quantity and click on the 'ADD TO BAG’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Making an account is not necessary as you can use a guest account to make purchases at the website without registering yourself. However, we at Iznik understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us gives you access to the following benefits:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES IZNIK ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted: Cash on Delivery This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash. Prepaid options our secure payment services allow for VISA and MasterCard to be used for payment. All your details and your data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption, once this feature is activated.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?
Currently, if you are ordering from within Pakistan you can order in Pak Rupees. When ordering from outside Pakistan, you can only order in US Dollars.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We deliver online in international orders within 20 to 25 working days for stitching and for unstitched we take 9-11 working days.
Local orders take 20 to 25 working days for stitching and for unstitched we take 3-5 working days.
All pre orders are delivered after the launch date of the collection.
We offer free delivery within Pakistan but for international order cost varies depending on the location and weight of the product purchased.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). Once you will receive the tracking number for your order you can track your order using TCS, Leopards for local customers or DHL for international customers. You may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, Defected or incomplete or wrong
we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed
to every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply

2. CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
