Iznik does not offer any exchange or refunds for international online orders. So, we try to do our very best to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are fully comfortable when placing your order. In case of any concerns or questions, please contact our Customer Care.
Exchanges for Iznik products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order to our help address at email@example.com or at whatsapp at +92 304 9109194 with order number.
1. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED).
WHAT DO I DO? In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. 2. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
Iznik does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
