Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Iznik products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order to our help address at help@iznikfashions.com or at whatsapp at +92 304 9109194 with order number.

 

1. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED). WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us help@iznikfashions.com or at whatsapp/call us at +92 304 9109194 and exchange the product for something else. You can also get online store credit.

2. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?

Iznik does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
